Andrea Kantelberg’s Studio takes on interior design projects that challenge our creativity and allow us to focus upon health and well-being. Our interior design practice includes private residential clients, large-scale residential buildings, restaurants, hotels and resorts.

RESIDENTIAL

We provide interior design services for clients who are building or renovating a new home. Scope may include programming, concept development, space planning, construction drawings, finish and fixture selections, as well as art and furniture procurement. We also have a team of health professionals that provide the additional layer to enhance your living environment.

HOLIDAY OR SECONDARY HOMES

We provide interior design services for clients with a secondary holiday home including cottages, beach houses or ski chalets.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

We design the interiors of residential buildings for developers from concept through to construction working drawings. Areas include lobby design, amenity design, common areas, suite layouts, and finishes selection. Scope may include programming, concept, space planning and design architecture, design development, construction working drawings, and FF+E selection.

MODEL SUITE RESIDENCES & SALES OFFICES

We design original and fully furnished model residences and sales offices for developers and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

We design the interiors of offices for clients from concept to construction working drawings. Areas may include programming, concept, space planning and design architecture, FF+E selections, along with art and furniture procurement.

RESORTS AND HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, SPAS

We design interiors from concept to construction working drawings. Areas may include hospitality programming, analyzing clients' needs and goals, design concept, space planning and design architecture, FF+E selections, along with art and furniture procurement.
